Payment
Payment due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, or credit card.
As Built
More or less footage, extra posts, etcetera will be credited or debited in accordance with the original estimate.
Hinderances
Rocks, concrete, soil conditions, foundations, sewers, pipes, buried electrical and telephone cables, etcetera causing additional erection cost may be charged extra to cover cost of time and materials.
Sprinkler Systems
Extra care will be taken around sprinkler systems, shrubs, flowers, trees, and other greenery, however SSS Fence LLC will not be responsible for any damage whatsoever to these items.
Excavated Dirt
Cleanup of excavated dirt from fence construction is the responsibility of the customer.
Landscaping
Trees, bushes, vines, and other vegetation removal from the fence line are the responsibility of the customer. All landscaping is the responsibility of the customer.
Customized Materials
After this project is scheduled for construction, you may or may not be able to cancel this project due to customized or special materials that may have been fabricated or special ordered for this project. If you insist on canceling this project, you will be charged for any materials described above.
Installation
All work will be finished in accordance with our standard fence practice.
Property Line
Property line not guaranteed. Survey is the responsibility of the customer.
Gaps Under Fence
Gaps under the fence due to uneven terrain is the responsibility of the customer. All landscaping is the responsibility of the customer.
Temporary Fence
Temporary fence is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Limited Warranty
One year limited warranty not valid with Force Majeure events.
Acceptance
Giving SSS Fence LLC approval to schedule or proceed with this project, whether verbally, in writing, or otherwise, confirms that you understand and accept the above terms and conditions.
